Our Story
In 2012, Phil Wojtuniecki was looking to expand his family’s trucking company by starting a brokerage division. Having grown up in the industry, he knew it was time to expand but needed to find someone with the right expertise to get him where he wanted to go. At the same time, Doug Holdsworth, fresh off helping start and grow another 3PL, was looking for a new challenge. After years of executive management and sales experience, he loved the pace of transportation, but wanted to start a company that was focused on the customer side of the industry.
Within a week of meeting. Phil and Doug launched Quality Freight Logistics (QFL), in a one-room office, with the promise of building a company based on a culture of customer service, dependability. honesty and attention-to-detail. Recognizing that the shipments QFL hauls are a vital part of a chain that carries real-world consequences, Phil and Doug have carefully built their company by focusing on customer relationships and on time delivery. Today, QFL has two offices and one of the highest employee retention rates in the business.

Proven Load Tracking System
On every load we haul, our stringent load dispatching system provides little to no room for error. If there is any indication that a driver cannot provide the service as expected, or in the event of a mechanical issue, we immediately adjust with a new driver or equipment.
